About Banafsheh Ehtemam

                         Founder, Teacher, Student

Few people have faced sleepless bitter cold nights, solo travels in Alaska and endured waves of 30 feet to experience life in its fullest. As a photographer exercising inner ability to see the beauty of our planet is #1 goal. Very few may describe the torturous cold winds on the borders of Iran and Iraq. And do you know anyone who has climbed Mt. McKinley almost to death? And how about a two-month journey of climbing the Andes and sharing food with an Amazonian tribe?

 Banafsheh has!
To break the stereotype of what we expect from a woman, she began traveling the roads less traveled and surrounded herself with the unfamiliar. She took the risks of facing unthinkable tragedies yet to discover the beautiful risks of inventions.
Banafsheh believes to face the realities of life, one needs to stand up and never stop climbing. One must climb higher than the shadow of fears, higher than the looks of others and most important of all, higher than all familiar things.
Banafsheh holds degrees from Boston University, University of Massachusetts and MIT. She conceived Artience while working for Corporate America in 2008. After working a successful career in some of the biggest names in technology, two startups, and one Mergers and Acquisitions, she has realized what work-stress can do to our health. In 2015, she began her solo practice as a life coach and a mentor. She was convinced that if nothing is done, no one would be safe in workplaces and home because of the stressed-out individuals.
Banafsheh believes we can and must start today to re-educate people in the workplace since we spend 1/3 our day working. We must create a healthy work environment, better internal relationships which will lead to a better lifestyle and ultimately sales figures, increased growth, and a better society.

Educating herself in the new robotic technology that will help humans with anxiety and stress. She sees a major benefit in mixing the artful techniques of Eastern meditation, arts, and science. These new techniques will become available and it’s time to take the average stress management courses to the next level.
