I want a good customer service period!
I believe good customer service is the heart of everything. It affects us on deep levels. Good customer service makes us feel secure. Feeling we are in good hands is important, loyalty follows.
Sadly over the years, customer service has changed. I'm sure at some point you have been the victim of an agent with no product knowledge, rude and ultimately someone who couldn't provide any satisfaction. There is sadly nothing pleasant in feeling someone just wasted your precious time and they have added unnecessary aggravation to your day.
Quality customer service is linked to client retention. Ultimately all employees should be focused on enhancing customer loyalty and good product knowledge.
Are you made to give good service to people? This is the most important question to ask! This question also goes for hiring managers and trainers:" Is this person fit enough to take good care of our customers?"
Our customer service training will monitor behavioral changes of the participants. Their skill will get tested in a series of questions and practice in person pop quizzes and feedback. They will learn new methods, using arts and science to become better at satisfying customers or perhaps to decide to make different choices with their career.
